Our story: from farm to cup.

In the countryside of the state of São Paulo, a coffee story that spans generations was born. In operation since 1881, Fazenda São Pedro do Pardinho was acquired by the Pinotti family in the 1960s and has since been producing coffees that reflect their unique origin in the Alto Cuesta, a Brazilian region famous for its biodiversity and the Guarani Aquifer, one of the largest freshwater reserves on the planet.

Over the decades, Fazenda São Pedro has evolved with innovation and respect for nature. In 2011, we began selling our products at a small stand by the farm’s gate. The passion for coffee and the potential of the landscape led us to create, in 2016, the charming Cuesta Café, built from wood and glass on a natural viewpoint overlooking the lagoon and the cliffs of the Alto Cuesta.

Flavor, Heritage, and Sustainability

Our production follows the sustainable practices of Biodynamic Agriculture, a method that respects natural cycles, ensures the purity of the beans, and the preservation of the soil and waters of the Guarani Aquifer, one of the largest freshwater reserves on the planet. With altitudes between 900 and 1050 meters and an average annual temperature of 19°C, the region offers perfect conditions for growing exceptional coffees.
